Delete your Ways account

You can request account deletion in the app or by email. We do not freeze accounts — after the grace period, deletion is permanent.

In the Ways app

  1. Open Ways on iOS, Android, or the web app.
  2. Go to Profile → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your sessions end immediately. Permanent deletion happens after a 30-day grace period. Sign in again before then to cancel.

By email (web request)

Prefer not to open the app, or no longer have access? Email hello@ways.is with the subject Delete my Ways account and include the email address on the account. We aim to reply within 30 days and process the same deletion flow.

Guest mode (no account)

If you never created an account, Ways keeps your content on the device only. Uninstalling the app removes local guest data. There is no server account to delete.
